They are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist who will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing Salesforce data, and coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Campaign execution: Build, QA, and launch email campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including audience segmentation, scheduling, and post-send reporting
- Social publishing: Schedule, publish, and monitor content across our social channels in Oktopost; run our coach advocacy program and keep the social calendar full
- Salesforce administration: Build lists, manage campaign records, keep data clean, and pull the reports leadership runs on
- Coordination: Traffic assets and feedback between our agency, website team, and internal stakeholders so nothing stalls waiting on a handoff
- AI leverage: Use AI tools daily to draft, QA, summarize, and automate; help us keep finding faster ways to work
- Quality assurance: Test every link, list, form, and send before it goes live; catch the errors before our audience does
- Flex execution: Jump on the campaign, event, or platform need of the week; priorities move fast here and so will you
Skills
- 2 to 4 years in a marketing coordinator, marketing operations, or campaign execution role
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce (lists, campaigns, reports) and working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud; you can build and send without hand-holding
- Experience with a social media management platform (Oktopost, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar)
- A genuine AI mindset; you already use tools like ChatGPT or Claude to work smarter and get excited about what's next
- Meticulous attention to detail; you QA your own work and rarely need a second pass
- Strong organization and follow-through; you can take a two-line Teams message and turn it into a finished deliverable
- Discretion and judgment; you will handle executive-level communications and confidential information
- Light copywriting experience; you can draft a social post, tighten an email, or polish a caption without a full creative handoff
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (Email Specialist or Administrator)
- Basic HTML/CSS for email edits
- Experience coordinating with external agencies
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tagging, or campaign attribution
