The Marketing Manager will drive strategy and execution from product conception to launch, ensuring alignment across global teams and maximizing sales through effective category leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own the category — pricing, positioning, competitive landscape, portfolio architecture, and roadmap — translating consumer and market insights into strategies that drive rate of sale
- Champion the consumer in every decision
- Drive end-to-end readiness across packaging, detail pages, and retail surfaces
- Lead global launch programs from brief to market, coordinating across IMC, creative, media, social, PR, SEM, CRM, and retail
Skills
- 8+ years of marketing experience in CPG or consumer products
- Experience owning roadmap, pricing, portfolio strategy, and retail readiness
- Proven track record in product commercialization and global launch execution
- Strong creative strategy, claims development, and consumer insights experience
- Degree in Marketing or related field
- Local to Needham MA HQ, we are on site 3x a week (No relocation support)
- MBA preferred
