Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MasterStart is an EdTech company seeking an enthusiastic and organised Marketing Assistant for a fixed-term contract. The role involves supporting various marketing activities, including campaign execution, content management, and digital support, while providing hands-on experience in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Support the coordination of marketing projects and day-to-day activities
- Help maintain project timelines, task lists and marketing trackers
- Assist with campaign rollouts and follow-up activities
- Schedule social media content using Hootsuite or similar platforms
- Assist with creating and uploading content across digital platforms
- Help maintain content calendars and posting schedules
- Monitor social media engagement and escalate enquiries where required
- Assist with basic website content updates
- Perform quality checks on website pages, links and content
- Support SEO-related activities and online content improvements
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors and marketing opportunities
- Assist with sourcing information for blogs, campaigns and presentations
- Maintain accurate marketing trackers, spreadsheets and reporting information
- Support general marketing administration and documentation
- Assist with updating marketing collateral and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers where required
- Provide general administrative support to the Brand Manager and Marketing team
Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management or a related field (completed or currently studying final year)
- Up to 2 years' marketing experience (internships and practical work experience will be considered)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms
- Comfortable learning and using digital marketing tools
- High attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Basic CMS/website editing
