[Remote] Machine Learning Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SoftStandard Solutions is seeking a Machine Learning Specialist to design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models. The role involves building and optimizing AI/ML pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing various AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models
• Build and optimize AI/ML pipelines for production environments
• Work with structured and unstructured data for model training and evaluation
• Implement NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, or Predictive Analytics solutions as required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and scalability
• Develop APIs and integrate ML models into enterprise applications
• Follow MLOps best practices for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance

Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in AI/ML development
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, or Computer Vision
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Experience with OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vector Databases, and AI Agents
• Exposure to model fine-tuning and LLM deployment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
