What You'll Do

Assist with coordinating travel arrangements through approved supplier and booking platforms
Provide helpful information to support client decision-making
Help organize travel details, confirmations, and itinerary information
Follow up on client requests and provide ongoing support throughout the planning process
Maintain accurate records and client documentation using online systems
Stay informed about destination updates, supplier programs, and industry opportunities
Participate in virtual training sessions and professional development programs
