As a Lead Org Design & Change Management Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact and strategic advisor leading enterprise customers through deep organizational and technical transformations.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and direct a distributed team of Change Management Leads and Practitioners across onshore and offshore delivery centers
- Lead the deliberate reshaping of client organizations
- Facilitate Agile structural shifts that rely on fewer middle managers
Skills
- At least 7+ years of Change Management and Organizational Design experience (including at least 5 years of dedicated change management experience)
- Change management certifications (e.g., ProSci, Kotter)
- At least 3-5 years of external consulting experience with advanced relationship management at the C-Suite and executive level
- Google Cloud Digital Leader AND Google Generative AI Leader certified, or able to complete both within the first 6 months of employment
