Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ibex is seeking a Junior Recruiter to help build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. The ideal candidate will conduct interviews, qualify candidates, and meet weekly quotas while providing support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
Skills
