Dice is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives that support business transformation and operational excellence. The role involves overseeing multiple workstreams and coordinating both technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery from planning through implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead medium to large enterprise technology initiatives through the full project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and status reporting
- Coordinate activities across business units, technical teams, vendors, and external partners
- Facilitate project governance, steering committee meetings, and executive communications
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on schedule
- Manage scope, timelines, resource allocation, and change management activities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives
- Drive issue resolution while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Promote continuous improvement in project management processes and delivery methodology
Skills
- 7+ years managing enterprise IT projects
- Experience delivering complex business application or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, Waterfall in particular
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar certification preferred
- Experience within manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or industrial environments is a plus
- Familiarity with enterprise business systems and cloud-based technologies
- Experience managing third-party implementation partners
