The Investor Relations Associate will be responsible for sourcing and managing relationships with accredited investors, guiding them through investment opportunities from initial contact to closing.
Responsibilities
- Build a proven and repeatable process to source, attract new investors to our platform
- Conduct investor intro and follow-up calls
- Build and manage your own pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, and networking
- Maintain long-term investor relationships with consistent communication and transparency
- Track all touchpoints, metrics, and follow-ups in CRM
- Represent the firm at investor events, conferences, and webinars
- Collaborate with leadership to continually refine our investor communication strategy
Skills
- A confident communicator who loves connecting with people
- Experienced in high-value investment sales, capital raising, or private placements
- Deep understanding of Multifamily and real economics
- Results-oriented with a bias for action and follow-through
