The Implementation Associate will work directly with institutional investors to interpret factor risk models, evaluate portfolio exposures, and translate complex quantitative outputs into real-world investment decisions, while building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a quantitative subject matter expert for a portfolio of premium support clients, engaging on risk analytics, factor models, portfolio construction, and platform capabilities
- Partner with clients on open-ended analytical questions including manager selection, portfolio restructuring, and interpretation of quantitative outputs
- Develop deep knowledge of the Solovis and Venn platforms to guide clients in leveraging the full value of their investment
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive, consultative engagement
Skills
- Background in quantitative finance, financial engineering, mathematics, or a related field
- Familiarity with portfolio analytics, risk models, or factor-based investing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working in data-heavy environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
