Flex HR is seeking a self-directed HR Strategy Consultant responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies for clients. The role involves managing various HR functions, including compliance, onboarding, and optimizing HR technology.
Responsibilities
- Create an employee handbook for the client
- Manage in-depth benefits audits for the client
- Develop organizational charts for the client
- Manage HR-related key performance indicators for the client
- Develop ongoing growth plans for the client
- Onboard new hires
- Offboard departing employees
- Manage any leaves of absence
- Work with managers for disciplinary actions
- Manage HR compliance in multiple states
- Optimize existing HR technology and new technology
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 15+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Demonstrate strong discipline to prioritize and manage workload including balancing the time between calls and processing requests
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Ideally have your own LLC for an HR consulting practice
- Live around the Dallas-Fort Worth area
