Position Overview
As a Medical Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will serve as a critical touchpoint for patients who depend on specialty medications to manage their health conditions. Working remotely from your home office, you will handle inbound calls from patients, families, and healthcare providers, while also making outbound calls to coordinate care and resolve inquiries. - Dallas/Irving, TX Residence: Candidates must live in the Dallas or Irving, Texas area. While the role is remote, you must be able to travel to our Irving, TX office to pick up your company-provided equipment before your start date.
