The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of ADP GlobalView workstreams, ensuring project objectives are delivered on time and aligned to business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle for complex HCM implementations including Initiation, Design & Build, Validation and Production
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans that define scope, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and budgets
- Deliver highly complex initiatives using Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile methodologies, adapting the approach to fit project and client needs
- Direct day-to-day project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, and external partners
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved through proactive oversight, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and resource alignment
- Establish and maintain clear, consistent communication channels with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including executive leadership and system integrators
- Oversee data cleanup, migration readiness efforts and validation while supporting the design and implementation of scalable client service models
- Provide timely and accurate project status reporting, including dashboards, executive summaries, and ad hoc updates
- Drive continuous improvement by documenting and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational workflows, internally and for client partners
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as appropriate to maintain momentum and minimize disruption
- Tailor governance frameworks, tools, and best practices to meet the specific requirements of each partner engagement
- Exercise sound judgment to make timely, data-informed decisions that support project objectives and client outcomes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 5+ years of experience managing HCM implementations
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects within SaaS environments, with a solid understanding of SDLC principles, project methodologies, and implementation workflows
- Proven experience managing system integrations, coordinating third-party vendors, and supporting data migration and optimization/harmonization efforts
- Experience documenting current-state processes and developing future-state workflows, including detailed process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Working knowledge of change management principles and experience supporting organizational and system transformation initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including complex formulas - VLOOKUPS, data analysis, and reporting)
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated accountability, ownership, and commitment to delivering high-quality results both independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment under pressure
- Commitment to being accountable for results individually and as a team
- Must have the ability to travel to client sites if requested, which may include overnight stays
- Direct experience leading global HCM implementations, including multi-country deployments
- Familiarity with GDPR, international data privacy regulations, and global compliance standards
- Experience working with global or multi-country HR systems (e.g., ADP Lyric/GlobalView, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, Oracle HCM, UKG, etc.)
- Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent)
- Experience working within a consulting or client-facing delivery environment
- Exposure to global payroll, workforce management, or time and attendance integrations
