Eligibility Notice

Important: This position is open only to candidates who reside in the United States. Applicants currently living in California, North Carolina, Washington State, Illinois, or Oregon are not eligible for employment at this time.

Key Responsibilities

Tiered Support Bonus System

careerzynith rewards high performance with a transparent, tiered bonus structure based on the total fees generated across the FNOL team each month. Bonuses are paid in the paycheck following the period in which they are earned.

FNOL Incentive Program

In addition to the tiered bonus, careerzynith offers a daily incentive for meeting key performance metrics such as talk time, “not ready” time, and service level. When you meet the daily standard, you earn $10, which is calculated each day and paid on the 5th of the following month.
