They are seeking a Financial Management Business Analyst to support USDA FPAC financial planning, budget execution, reporting, and analysis activities.
Responsibilities
- Support budget formulation, execution, and financial planning activities
- Develop and maintain spend plans, financial reports, and budget analyses
- Perform reconciliations and variance analyses
- Support Interagency Agreement administration and tracking
- Prepare financial briefings, presentations, and reports
- Monitor financial performance metrics and provide recommendations
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and reporting requirements
- Maintain financial documentation and records
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting federal financial management activities
- Knowledge of federal budget and financial management processes
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial reporting tools
- Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM)
- Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Experience supporting USDA or other civilian Federal agencies
