Quebec Solution Inc is seeking a skilled Financial Business Systems Administrator with strong expertise in NetSuite Administration and enterprise financial systems. This role will manage and optimize NetSuite while supporting integrations across the financial technology ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain NetSuite users, roles, permissions, workflows, forms, and customizations
- Configure Saved Searches, financial reports, and system enhancements
- Monitor system performance and maintain data integrity
- Administer Concur, Visual Lease, SimpleLegal, Stripe, and Compass Platform
- Manage and troubleshoot API/iPaaS integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems
- Develop SQL queries for reporting, data validation, migration, and cleanup
- Provide production support, documentation, and user assistance
- Create and maintain SOPs and integration documentation
