Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ztek Consulting is seeking a Finance Process Consultant to provide expertise in ERP systems and finance processes. The role involves leading process improvements, technology transformations, and change management initiatives to enhance finance operations.
Responsibilities
- ERP Functional & Configuration Expertise: Hands-on configuration experience in at least one major ERP ( first preference: SAP S/4HANA, second preference: Oracle ERP Cloud / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance ) across multiple full lifecycle implementations (design → build → deploy → hypercare)
- End-to-End Finance Process Depth: Strong working knowledge of O2C, P2P, and R2R cycles, including detailed process flows, integration points, controls, and best practices
- Advanced Automation & Digital Capabilities: Familiarity with automation and AI-led finance transformation including Agentic AI, RPA/Bots, process automation, GenAI use cases, virtual assistants, and predictive analytics in finance
- Process Re-engineering & Standardization: Ability to lead process blueprinting, standardization, and simplification initiatives, including global design for finance processes (AR, AP, R2R) and COA structures
- Finance Operations & Operating Model Design: Experience in shared services, organization design, governance models, KPI/value tree definition, and reporting frameworks to improve finance effectiveness and efficiency
- Technology-Led Transformation: Exposure to ERP rationalization, cloud adoption, finance application architecture, and rollout/consolidation strategies, including COA conversion programs
- Business Case & Value Realization: Proven experience in building business cases, impact analysis, and value tracking frameworks with clearly defined success metrics and cost reduction targets
- Assessments & Roadmapping: Ability to conduct maturity assessments, identify pain points, prioritize opportunities, and develop transformation roadmaps aligned to strategic objectives
- Fit-Gap & Solution Design: Strong experience in technology fit-gap analysis, solution design, and alignment between business requirements and ERP capabilities
- People / Process / Technology Lens: Demonstrated ability to evaluate and design solutions holistically across people, process, and technology dimensions, ensuring sustainable transformation outcomes
- Program & Change Management: Experience driving stakeholder engagement, governance, and change management with focus on adoption, business user alignment, and minimal disruption to operations
- Manufacturing Finance Context & Business Outcomes: Understanding of manufacturing finance priorities such as cost reduction, cash flow improvement, expense management, agile FP&A, and real-time reporting, including support for events like M&A, divestitures, and business re-orgs
