They are seeking an Epic Tapestry Analyst to facilitate end-user meetings and provide operational and application build expertise to meet customer goals and desired outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Participates in re-engineering of operational workflow processes with end-users/business owners
- Coordinates and facilitates the integration of end-user/business owner needs and translates clinical/ operational needs and workflow into system specifications and configuration requirements
- Guides in design integration and touch points with other Epic modules and/or other applications
Skills
- Two (2) plus years of experience working with testing/building/implementing Epic Tapestry workflows
- Ability to balance multiple projects
- Solves problems effectively and provides recommendations
- High School Diploma/GED
- Epic Tapestry Certification required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field
- Preferred Specialty Experience In UM – Utilization Management Build/implementation
- Epic Tapestry Certification (UM – Utilization Management and/or Benefits preferred)
