They are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across enterprise accounts in life sciences and manufacturing-related sectors.
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on new logo acquisition and revenue growth
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across operations, technical, innovation, digital transformation, and leadership functions
- Lead discovery conversations to understand customer priorities, challenges, and business objectives
- Partner with internal technical teams to support demonstrations, evaluations, pilot initiatives, and solution adoption
- Develop compelling business cases and value propositions tailored to customer needs
- Manage complex buying processes involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, customer success, product, and leadership teams
- Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and customer meetings
Skills
- 8 years of successful enterprise sales experience as an enterprise account executive or related role
- Proven track record of selling software, technology, SaaS, data, analytics, or digital transformation solutions
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working within regulated industries or complex operational environments
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies and CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Experience selling into life sciences, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, chemical, or industrial sectors
- Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, automation, or emerging technology solutions
- Startup or scale-up experience
- Experience engaging VP and C-level stakeholders
- Familiarity with enterprise account planning and strategic territory development
