- Own a few upsell accounts
- Build your sales legacy
- Expand our sales force
- Represent UKG
Skills
- 5-7+ years proven success selling cloud/SaaS solutions to C level
- HRMS/Payroll experience a strong plus
- Consistently exceed a $2 Million+ quota
- 3+ years selling complex deals over $800K in ARR
- Demonstrated experience building a territory and pipeline from scratch
- Consistently execute a thoughtful, strategic sales process including internal business partners and executive engagement
