Stage 4 Solutions is seeking an Instructional Designer to support the update and enhancement of existing eLearning content for their global retail client. The role involves updating course materials to align with the new user interface and ensuring high-quality learning deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Update existing eLearning courses to align with UKG's new user interface
- Update screenshots, videos, and related learning content to accurately reflect system changes
- Modify and maintain eLearning modules using Articulate 360 (preferred) or Adobe Captivate
- Create and update instructional videos using Synthesia
- Ensure all learning content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with the latest UKG user interface
- Perform quality assurance reviews of updated eLearning materials prior to release
Skills
- 3+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer
- Experience developing and updating eLearning content
- Proficiency with Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate
- Experience using Synthesia to develop instructional videos
- Experience developing and updating eLearning content using Articulate
- Proficiency with Articulate 360
- Experience developing and updating eLearning content using Adobe Captivate
