They are seeking a Director of Inside Sales to manage and develop a team of Inside Sales Account Managers, ensuring effective sales processes and driving performance improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage, hire, onboard, and train Inside Sales Account Managers across two main channel—direct to consumer leads and referrals from law firms
- Run sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance management with clear accountability to activity and results
- Provide hands-on coaching, call reviews, and real-time feedback
- Ensure the team follows our defined systems and processes — this is a structured, process-driven sales environment
- Drive a culture of urgency, accountability, and attention to detail across the entire inside sales team
- Continuously identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions to improve performance
- Train reps on how to navigate law firm dynamics, set expectations, and build rapport
- Ensure fast response times, strong qualification, and consistent follow-up to convert inbound interest into funded deal
- Train and coach reps on how to properly handle these leads — from initial contact through closing, with a focus on urgency and persistence
- Monitor and improve conversion rates across each stage of the funnel (lead → qualified → funded)
- Enforce strict adherence to scripts, processes, and systems — this channel requires structure, attention to detail, and consistency
- Identify gaps in performance (missed follow-ups, slow response times, poor qualification) and implement solutions quickly
Skills
- Experience in handling a team of inside sales representatives of more than 10 team members
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- English fluency: Must be able to speak and write in English fluently and clearly
