Responsibilities

• Preparation, review, and delivery of accurate and timely financial statements for a portfolio of community associations
• Provides leadership and oversight of the accounting department, including Staff Accountants, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable personnel
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client expectations
• Responsible for various financial administration functions, including monthly accounts receivable reporting, ancillary billing programs, and process improvement initiatives
