FMN Creative is a growing Social Media Agency looking for a Digital Content Marketing Manager to support the execution of organic social, short-form video, email marketing, and user-generated content initiatives. The role involves overseeing content execution, community engagement, and client UGC initiatives while ensuring strategic direction translates into effective content across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute monthly organic social content calendars
- Create engaging content for multiple clients across various platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and/or YouTube)
- Capture, edit, and publish short-form video content
- Cultivate community engagement and follow-up, including managing and responding to direct messages and comments
- Post natively and via scheduling tools
- Monitor social media engagement and identify opportunities for optimization
- Lead client UGC initiatives to increase authentic content capture
- Develop peer-to-peer fundraising toolkit content, including social captions, email templates, and messaging guides
- Create clear shot lists and provide creative direction to clients and supporters
- Coach clients and peer fundraisers on capturing usable, on-brand video content
- Edit submitted footage into polished, platform-ready assets
- Draft, format, and schedule recurring email campaigns that align with the overall strategy
- Collaborate with a graphic designer on visual assets
- Ensure messaging aligns with campaign and/or fundraising objectives
- Monitor performance metrics and apply insights to future campaigns
- Maintain consistent organic visibility for FMN Creative
- Repurpose speaking engagements and thought leadership into content assets
- Capture content at select events using professional equipment provided by the agency
- Support brand amplification initiatives as the agency expands
- Assist with short- and long-form content development to support the overall strategy
Skills
- Must provide own computer and secure internet; occasional local travel required
- Strong short-form and long-form copywriting ability
- Ability to translate strategy into compelling, platform-appropriate content
- Confident content direction and client coaching skills
- Strong creative judgment for social-first storytelling
- Organized and deadline-driven with strong project ownership
- Ability to manage multiple brands while maintaining a distinct voice and tone
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, social scheduling, and reporting tools
- Proficiency with short-form video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, etc.)
- Comfortable capturing content using professional camera and audio equipment provided by the agency
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
- Experience with community management (Facebook Groups, Circle, Kajabi, etc.)
- Working knowledge of social, email, and web analytics (including GA4 fundamentals)
- Comfort working within G-Suite applications and Monday.com project management
- Has 3–5 years of hands-on organic social media experience in an agency setting
- Is confident operating independently without daily direction
- Is comfortable coaching clients on content capture

- Resume highlighting relevant social media, copywriting, and digital marketing experience
- Portfolio showcasing your best work, especially: Organic social media campaigns showing performance data, Short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), Copywriting samples across different mediums
- Basic photography skills and photo editing experience preferred (Lightroom)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Graphic design experience preferred
- Nonprofit or purpose-driven organization projects (preferred)
