They are seeking a Data Integration Engineer and ETL Developer to support client enterprise ETL environment by leading and assisting with the transition from Informatica to Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). The role involves designing, developing, and deploying ETL solutions while ensuring compliance with various standards.
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, enhancing, testing, and deploying ETL solutions
- Migrating existing Informatica workflows to ODI
- Troubleshooting and maintaining ETL processes across Development, Test, and Production environments
- Administering the ETL platform while ensuring compliance with client cybersecurity, data governance, and operational standards
Skills
- US Citizen
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (required)
- 3+ years with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or equivalent ETL tool (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS)
- 3+ years with Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning)
- Experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) or similar enterprise budgeting tools
- 3+ years of experience in Decision Support System applications and their architecture
- 2+ years' experience with Defense Architectural Framework (DoWAF) Guidance
- Experience with SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO) or equivalent BI/analytics tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
- Experience with Oracle APEX or similar low-code platforms for UI/data maintenance
- Familiarity with Oracle WebLogic Server and HTTP Server (install, configure, patch)
- Ability to review Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and implement changes
- Experience resolving STIG findings and applying DoW security hardening
- Familiarity with DoWAF and Decision Support System architectures
- Scripting for automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- AWS GovCloud / Cloud One experience or similar secure cloud environments
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
- Tuning ETL workflows, database queries, and reporting dashboards
- Implementing monitoring and alerting data pipelines and application services
- Agile Tooling Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket (or similar tools)
