Role Overview
The Remote Data Entry & IT Support Technician is a full‑time, remote‑first position based out of Philadelphia, USA. You will provide tier‑1 and tier‑2 technical support to careerzynith employees worldwide, resolve hardware and software incidents, and contribute to large‑scale IT projects. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, resolve, and close tickets related to end‑user workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
