Position Overview

The Remote Data Entry & Customer Support Specialist plays a dual role at careerzynith, serving as both the backbone of our data integrity efforts and a friendly first point of contact for our clients' customers. On any given day, you may be transcribing information from one system to another, verifying records for accuracy, answering questions through email or chat, or guiding a customer through a simple troubleshooting process. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and motivated by the satisfaction of a job done right.

This position reports to the Remote Operations Lead and works on a flexible part-time schedule, typically between 20 and 29 hours per week. Shifts are available during standard business hours, and some evening availability may be appreciated depending on client needs.
