On any given day, you may be transcribing information from one system to another, verifying records for accuracy, answering questions through email or chat, or guiding a customer through a simple troubleshooting process. Key Responsibilities
Data Entry and Information Management
- Accurately input, update, and maintain customer and business data across multiple internal platforms and databases.
