They are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to assist with payment processing and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
• Submit request forms for borrowers, including name changes and status updates
• Document account findings and maintain detailed records of account updates
• Verify and validate payment details while monitoring transactions for discrepancies
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve payment-related inquiries
• Assist with the preparation of reports on payment processing activities and perform general office duties
Skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience in general administrative work supporting accounting departments
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Must maintain excellent customer service standards
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience in a healthcare administration or related field
• Familiarity with payment processing systems or financial software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
