Key Responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end execution of the Customer Insight Center’s product workflow, guaranteeing high‑quality, accurate data entry for internal stakeholders.
- Define and communicate a clear methodology, prioritization framework, and process roadmap for the CIC, aligning cross‑functional teams on objectives and timelines.
- Build and scale tools that meet the security and compliance requirements of internal teams handling sensitive customer information, ensuring adherence to industry‑standard data protection protocols.
- Identify, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that measure the success and internal adoption of the Customer Insight Center.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry, product management, or customer analytics within a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of productivity and communication.
