Responsibilities
- Lead Onboarding Processes: Take charge of the onboarding for each new account, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a successful launch
- Handle Client Communications: Respond to inquiries and communicate with clients through various channels including phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Ensure Client Success: Work closely with restaurant clients to address their needs, ensuring they fully leverage our SaaS solutions for their business
