Skills
- Recent AT&T Business Account Manager/CSM experience
- Hands-on experience with AT&T systems, products, pricing, ordering, and contracting
- Experience supporting large enterprise or healthcare accounts
- Strong customer relationship management and escalation management skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce and excellent organizational skills
- Within the last 3–5 years preferred
