Role Overview

The Client Customer Service Support Representative is a critical member of the Contact Center team within careerzynith’s Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) division. You will interact with a diverse set of stakeholders—including physician offices, hospital laboratories, insurance providers, and patients—to ensure that billing inquiries are resolved accurately, efficiently, and with a world‑class customer experience. This role blends product education, claim troubleshooting, and process improvement, all while working from the comfort of your home office.
