This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort and convenience of your own home while enjoying all the benefits of being part of a major corporation. careerzynith provides all the necessary equipment for you to be successful in your role, including a computer, monitor, headset, and any additional tools required to deliver exceptional customer service.
The training schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST. Upon successful completion of training, your regular schedule will remain Monday through Friday, with start times rotating on the half hour between 8:00 AM and 10:30 AM EST (or the equivalent for your specific time zone) on a weekly or every other week schedule. This flexibility allows for a balanced distribution of call coverage throughout the business day while accommodating diverse personal needs and time zones.
