Position Overview: Remote Customer Service Representative

careerzynith is immediately hiring full-time Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our expanding healthcare contact center team. This work-from-home position places you at the heart of healthcare communication, where you will interact with patients, healthcare providers, pharmacists, and medical office personnel on behalf of our valued clients. Whether you are assisting a patient in locating a pharmacy that carries a newly prescribed medication, providing support to participants in clinical trials, or addressing inquiries from busy medical professionals, your role directly impacts health outcomes and patient experiences across the country.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a full-time, work-from-home position based out of Americus, Georgia, with remote hiring available to residents of the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

Because most of our departments operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we offer flexible work schedules to accommodate a variety of lifestyles and preferences. Full-time employees can expect to work 38 to 40 hours per week. At least one weekend day is required as part of your regular schedule. Shift assignments will be discussed during the interview process, and we make every effort to balance operational needs with personal preferences when possible.
