Position Overview – Remote Customer Service Representative

You will be the voice they hear when they have questions about products, orders, gift cards, or any other aspect of their shopping journey. Working from the comfort of your home, you will provide “white‑glove” service, ensuring each Athlete feels heard, valued, and supported from the first call to final resolution. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
