Responsibilities
- Assist clients throughout the vacation planning process while providing outstanding customer service from your home office
- Help clients research and book cruises, all-inclusive resorts, hotels, vacation packages, guided tours, and other travel experiences
- Communicate with travelers by phone, email, and online platforms, answer questions, coordinate reservations, provide travel recommendations, and ensure each client receives exceptional service before, during, and after their trip
