About the Role: Remote Customer Experience Specialist
As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers. Your mission is simple but impactful: provide timely, empathetic, and effective support that resolves inquiries, addresses concerns, and leaves every customer feeling heard and valued. You'll handle a variety of interactions — from answering product questions and resolving account issues to de-escalating challenging situations with professionalism and grace.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaboration: Partner with fellow team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and continuous improvement of support processes.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current on product updates, service offerings, company policies, industry trends, and best practices to deliver informed, accurate, and helpful support.
- Performance Excellence: Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and quality standards.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional customer service experience is required, ideally in a remote, call center, or high-volume support environment.
- Independent Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and stay productive without direct supervision.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly, concisely, and warmly.

Work Schedule & Availability

Compensation & Independent Contractor Benefits
