As a Remote Customer Experience & Inside Sales Specialist at careerzynith, you will serve as a critical link between the customers we serve and the dedicated Delivery Care Agents who make our service possible. You will be responsible for processing inbound and outbound calls, accurately entering customer orders, liaising with agencies, case managers, and internal partners, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the warmth, professionalism, and accuracy that careerzynith is known for. Beyond traditional customer service, you will also leverage soft-sales techniques — including upselling, cross-selling, and needs-based recommendations — to enhance customer satisfaction while driving measurable results.
This is a full-time, 100% remote, non-exempt position scheduled Monday through Friday. The starting pay is $16.75 per hour, with the potential to earn up to an additional $2.00 per hour in performance-based incentive pay. Bilingual candidates may qualify for a $0.50 per hour differential.

This role is primarily sedentary and involves frequent sitting, with some standing, walking, bending, and filing as needed. The ability to lift files under 10 pounds, open filing cabinets, and move as required is necessary. Over two-thirds of the workday is spent seeing, sitting, using hands, and talking or hearing.
