Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist at careerzynith, you will serve as a vital touchpoint for customers seeking assistance with their pharmacy-related needs. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position where you will handle inbound and outbound interactions across phone, email, and web-based chat. Your role goes beyond transactional support—you'll be a trusted advisor who helps customers understand their insurance, copays, shipping, and technical questions related to our online pharmacy platform.

This is a reduced-hour position, typically scheduled for 30–39 hours per week, with a variable schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends. We ask for flexibility, but we also provide advance notice (typically two weeks) whenever schedules shift.
