They are seeking a Junior Content Manager who will own real editorial projects, conduct executive interviews, and create compelling content across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own 1–2 editorial projects across caa's platforms — print, digital, video, and events
- Connect with and schedule 5+ executive interviews per week with CEOs, government leaders, and industry experts
- Conduct those interviews and lead the conversations yourself
- Research companies, markets, and trends to shape compelling, credibility-driven content
- Write, edit, and refine articles, newsletters, and press releases to caa's quality standard
- Support social media, AI-assisted content creation, and conference and media outreach
Skills
- Has 2–3 years of experience in editorial, PR, marketing, or a related field
- Is confident picking up the phone and holding their own with a senior executive
- Writes and edits well and cares about getting the details right
- Is organized, accurate, and keeps CRM systems and documentation clean
- Is comfortable with AI tools and curious about how to use them better
- Has a genuine interest in business, economics, and what's happening across US markets
