Remote Client Success Agent - Inbound

Overview Join a growing remote team where your day centers on inbound phone conversations with families who requested information about coverage. You will listen, ask great questions, explain options in plain language, and guide clients to a confident next step. If you are naturally helpful, calm on the phone, and consistent with follow-up, you will thrive here. This is a full-time, remote position with structured onboarding and live coaching. Industry experience is not required because we train you. Earnings are performance-based, with an estimated range of $55,000 to $75,000 for full-time representatives. What You'll Do • Speak with prospective clients by phone (inbound leads who requested info) • Build rapport quickly and complete a needs assessment of goals, budget, and coverage gaps • Explain coverage options clearly so clients can compare with confidence • Recommend next steps and support decision-making without pressure • Follow up consistently by text, phone, or email to keep momentum • Maintain clean CRM notes, tasks, and documentation What We're Looking For • Comfortable speaking on the phone and building trust with new people • Strong listening skills and the ability to explain information simply • Reliable follow-through, time management, and attention to detail • Experience in customer service, teaching, hospitality, retail, healthcare support, or consultative outreach is helpful (not required) • Comfort using basic technology (CRM, Zoom/Teams, email, calendars) • Quiet, professional home workspace and reliable high-speed internet • Comfortable working on the phone for much of the day What's Offered • Structured onboarding plan • Scripts and call frameworks • Product training • Live coaching with feedback • Peer support channels and a team lead during ramp-up Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Work from home Work Location: Remote
