They are seeking a Chief Financial Officer who will lead the global finance function and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's long-term financial strategy to support growth across domestic and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of corporate finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with all SEC reporting requirements and public company governance standards
- Partner with the Board and executive leadership team to define and execute long-term growth strategy
- Develop and execute capital allocation strategies that support both organic growth and strategic acquisitions
- Lead financing activities, including equity and debt transactions, banking relationships and broader capital markets initiatives
- Play a leading role in mergers and acquisitions, including target evaluation, financial diligence, transaction execution and post-acquisition integration
- Oversee investor relations activities, supporting engagement with institutional investors, analysts and shareholders
- Build scalable financial systems, controls and reporting processes capable of supporting significant future growth
- Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting and performance management
- Provide commercial leadership across domestic and international manufacturing operations with complex supply chains and project-based delivery
- Drive continuous improvement across financial operations, reporting and business intelligence
Skills
- Previous experience as Chief Financial Officer of a Nasdaq or NYSE listed company
- Proven experience leading finance within a complex industrial technology, advanced manufacturing, aerospace, defence, deep technology or similarly sophisticated engineering environment
- Extensive experience managing SEC reporting, public company governance and Board reporting
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, global supply chains and project-based commercial delivery
- Demonstrated success supporting significant business growth through both organic expansion and mergers and acquisitions
- Experience leading complex strategic financing initiatives, including equity, debt and capital markets transactions
- Strong investor relations experience, with credibility engaging institutional investors, analysts and external stakeholders
- Experience building and leading high-performing finance organisations within rapidly growing businesses
- Deep understanding of financial controls, enterprise risk management and corporate governance
- Highly commercial with exceptional strategic judgement
- Strong operational mindset capable of balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day execution
- Credible Board-level leader with outstanding communication skills
- Comfortable operating within a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment
