[Remote] Change Management Consultant

Drishticon Inc is a Silicon Valley-based IT consulting and technology solutions company specializing in enterprise ecommerce and digital transformation. They are seeking a Change Management Consultant to oversee activities that drive culture changes and support leaders in achieving sustainable performance improvements through organizational readiness assessments and change recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities focused on driving culture changes by helping leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements through building greater capability for change within their workforces and teams
• Conduct organizational readiness assessment, evaluate results and present summary of findings prior to recommending change plan to project team and senior leaders
• Understand and advise leadership team on Organizational Development, Change or Behavioral Change Issues that may need to be addressed for a successful roll-out

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in: Organizational Change Management, Change Enablement, Organizational Development or Business Transformation
• Experience leading enterprise-level change initiatives
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks
• Experience conducting organizational readiness assessments and impact analysis
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Retail Experience is a Plus
