The role focuses on managing workflows, supporting project tracking, and improving operational efficiency by offloading administrative tasks from technical teams.

- Provide support for Technical Services group initiatives, including:
- OT security and cybersecurity tracking
- Follow-up with plant teams across 31 North American plants
- Track initiative progress and ensure follow-through
- Assist with navigating multiple systems used across reporting and project tracking
- Routine check-ins with team members
- Cross-functional communication
- Managing shifting priorities and workflows
- Supporting project tracking and operational coordination
- Learning existing processes
- Adapting to informal or evolving workflows
Skills

- 3–5 years of SAP experience
