They are seeking a driven ITAD Business Development Representative to own the entire sales cycle, targeting enterprise corporations and data centers.
Responsibilities
- Prospect & Close: Identify and secure new enterprise-level ITAD accounts and data centers
- Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with C-suite and key IT decision-makers
- Consultative Selling: Conduct client needs assessments and deliver tailored solutions for asset valuation, data destruction, and recycling
- Pipeline Management: Track activities, metrics, and forecasts within the CRM
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet clients across North America
Skills
- Proven track record selling ITAD/MSP/VAR is required
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles required
- Deep understanding of industry regulations, data destruction standards, and e-waste compliance
- Entrepreneurial spirit who thrives with autonomy and minimal red tape
