Responsibilities
- Identify and develop business opportunities within the region to drive growth and market penetration
- Leverage your extensive network to acquire and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), KOLs to increase client acquisition
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the market to achieve company objectives
- Promote our multi-asset trading products, internal trading terminal, and MT5 platform to potential clients and partners
- Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies
- Provide regular reports on market trends, business development activities, and performance metrics to senior management
- Build and manage a local team as needed, fostering a high-performance culture
Skills
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on cryptocurrency and CFDs
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) or KOLs
- In-depth understanding of the local financial markets and regulatory environment
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both English and local language is crucial
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with trading platforms, especially MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and internal trading terminals
- Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA)
