Trubflex Inc. is a global leader in the distribution of ethically sourced solid minerals, and they are seeking a highly driven and knowledgeable Business Development Manager. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and developing strategic relationships across the rare earth supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for rare earth minerals across North America and global markets
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with manufacturers, processors, and industrial buyers (e.g., ceramics, electronics, automotive, energy sectors)
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement leaders and supply chain executives
- Lead contract negotiations, including pricing, logistics, and offtake agreements
- Collaborate with sourcing teams to align supply capabilities with market demand
- Monitor global market trends, pricing indices, and geopolitical factors affecting rare earth supply chains
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Develop marketing materials, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies tailored to the critical minerals sector
- Work closely with leadership on strategic partnerships, including processing and distribution collaborations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Geology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development within rare earths, mining, metals, or critical minerals
- Strong understanding of rare earth elements (REEs), their applications, and global supply chains
- Proven track record of closing B2B deals and managing complex sales cycles
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with international trade, logistics, and regulatory frameworks is a strong advantage
