They are seeking a part-time Business Development Coordinator to assist in identifying and closing new clients, while managing sales prospects and outreach efforts.
Responsibilities
- Organize and manage our database of sales prospects and networking partners, using HubSpot
- Coordinating prospect outreach, making sure tasks get accomplished and balls don’t get dropped
- Manage our company registration with the US government, NGOs and large nonprofit organizations, and state and local governments around the country, making sure we receive requests for proposal for services we are a good fit to deliver
- Help conceive and develop new ways to find potential customers
Skills
- Experience with spreadsheets and databases
- Ability to organize and manage a database of sales prospects and networking partners
- Experience using HubSpot
- Ability to coordinate prospect outreach and ensure tasks are accomplished
- Experience managing company registrations with the US government, NGOs, and large nonprofit organizations
- Ability to conceive and develop new ways to find potential customers
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Hyper-organized and obsessively efficient
