Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is looking for experienced automotive sales/F&I professionals to join their consulting team. As an Automotive Sales Manager, your primary focus will be to establish professional relationships with customers and help their businesses become more efficient and profitable.
Responsibilities
- Establish professional relationships with customers and help their businesses become more efficient, effective, and profitable
- Work with dealership personnel to identify trouble areas within the dealership and then use established and proven consulting services programs, as well as your industry knowledge, to help solve these issues
- Follow-up with customers to maintain relationships and provide ongoing ‘fee for service’ support and problem resolution
- Help customers become successful in the different areas of the dealership to build trust that will further drive consulting services sales
Skills
- Must be willing to travel, with overnight hotel stays, up to 5 nights per week (every week)
- Experienced automotive sales/F&I professionals
- Ability to establish professional relationships with customers
- Ability to help businesses become more efficient, effective, and profitable
- Experience working with dealership personnel to identify trouble areas within the dealership
- Knowledge of established and proven consulting services programs
- Ability to provide ongoing ‘fee for service' support and problem resolution
- Ability to build trust that will further drive consulting services sales
