Responsibilities
• Own the front-end sale and hand the relationship off to our senior planning & service team
• Work side-by-side with the CEO on every deal
Skills
• 3–7 years of experience as an advisor
• Proven track record of high production on warm/inbound leads
• Experience at Merrill, UBS, Schwab, or another RIA
• Ability to conduct polished, tax-centric, generational-wealth conversations
